Hello my beautiful people!
I'm Chelsea, your trusty life coach.
I run Prioritize You, LLC and specialize in helping you to do just that, prioritize YOU. I get you there through focus in these key areas: Personal Development,
Self-Improvement, Health and well-being, Inner-work and Family Dynamics.
I grew up in the Seattle area and went to college at Western Washington University where I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Spanish. I wasn't driven toward using my degree in my career and ended up working for an IT company in an administrative support role for 6 years. After multiple roles, relocating and building and growing my own team, I decided it was time for a career change.
After months of working on myself through various personal development techniques and working with a therapist to identify the direction I wanted to take my life, I enrolled in a life coaching course through the Certified Life Coaching Institute (CLCI). I felt so much at home doing that work that I immediately enrolled in the master level course to do more training and became a Master Certified Life Coach.
I am currently on the path to get my credentials through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) to become an Associate Certified Coach. Which means, more training and more coaching! The lingo can get confusing and there are a lot of requirements that go into it but just know, I am a certified life coach working toward my credentials!
For this blog, I am honestly still thinking about how I want this to look and what I want this blog to offer my readers.
I will always touch on one of my areas of expertise, however within those areas are a broad range of topics. Many of my posts will focus on my personal journey and/or topics that come up with my clients.
I will share this journey as regularly as I can and provide all the tips, tricks and ideas that I possibly can in order to help support anyone reading this.
I can't promise it will always be worth your time (since we all have vastly different interests and goals) but I CAN promise I will be all in and I will always do my best!
So, take a deep breath, smile and let yourself enjoy it!
Your way of thinking and insight truly helps me tap into areas of myself that need growth. You do this in a very comforting and nonjudgmental way. Thank you!
